"Our Humble Savior" (Matthew 27:27-44) Pastor Mel Caparros April 6, 2025 Sunday Service

This passage gives us in clear detail the sufferings that Jesus had to go through before dying for us on the cross. This was the path that Jesus had to go through to be able to save mankind. We are given these gory details by Matthew, so that we can best appreciate WHAT THE LORD HAS DONE FOR US in order to bring about our SALVATION. Indeed, this is one of the most POWERFUL DISPLAYS OF JESUS’ INFINITE LOVE FOR US.

But there is one other thing which which should not be missed in this passage and that is the HUMILITY of Jesus
