Torreon ang legal council ni Pastor Quiboloy na habang naghahanap ang PNP kay pastor sa KOJC compound nasa labas na daw si Quiboloy at dahil sa awa niya sa mga KOJC members pomasok sa KOJC compound na hindi nakikita si Pastor at sumuko.
