What Should I Do When I’m Afraid?

Fear can paralyze you. It whispers lies. It magnifies problems. It makes you forget Who stands with you.

I’ve been there—heart pounding, palms sweating, feeling helpless and alone.

But here’s the truth: You’re not alone. You never were.

When fear strikes, don’t run from it—run to Yahweh. Run to His promises. One of the most powerful verses that has anchored me is Isaiah 41:10 (NKJV):

“Fear not, for I am with you;
Be not dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you,
Yes, I will help you,
I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.”

Did you catch that? He will strengthen you. He will help you.

So when fear knocks—answer with faith. Pray. Breathe. Speak His Word out loud.

You're not fighting alone. Yahweh is holding you.

And that changes everything.
