Creators of Hope - Project Samaritan (Philippines)

Project Samaritan is an eco park restoration and spiritual center construction project. Before the intervention, the park was abandoned, overgrown, and unsafe for use. The project aims to clean up the park and make it a safe and welcoming place to visit, and to develop spiritual life in caring for the environment.

The project applied for the support of Creators of Hope through their representative Desirie Tiberio, a Good Samaritan Kinder to Tertiary scholar who leads her colleagues in the park restoration project. In April 2023, the Creators of Hope team visited the eco park in Bacolod City, Philippines to see the improvements that have been made in the park.
This is a project by Desirie Tiberio & KTS Scholars, the Good Samaritan Outreach Center, Sisters of the Good Samaritan, and Association of Residents of City Heights Inc.
