Topic: Can I trust God’s faithfulness when He calls? (08 July 2025 - Only By Grace Reflections)

First Reading: Genesis 32:23-33

Gospel: Matthew 9:32-38

For us Christians, we are all called to proclaim the Good News, His love, “to the ends of the earth”. However, there are times when we fail to obey, not because we are not called, but because we are hindered by many challenging realities that distract us from God, His purpose, power, and providence. 

But our Lord Jesus Christ reminds us to “ask for the master of the harvest to send out laborers for his harvest”, which means that we should pray that God will send more workers for the mission.

If it is God who sends, He definitely sends according to His purpose, power, and providence—and not according to human weaknesses and limitations. When God calls, let us go, for He has blessed us with His faithful love. He will inspire, empower, and provide!
