A Simple Getaway to Batu Caves, Malaysia π²πΎ
Blessed Pilgrim
We may not travel oftenβ¦ but sometimes, a quiet getaway is all we need to breathe, reflect, and give thanks. πΏ
Join me and my friend as we explore one of Malaysiaβs most iconic sites β Batu Caves, just 35β40 minutes from NU Sentral via KTM Komuter train.
ποΈ Nestled in a 400-million-year-old limestone hill, Batu Caves is a cultural and spiritual landmark featuring a 42.7-meter golden statue of Lord Murugan β the tallest in the world.
π₯Ύ We climbed 272 vibrant steps to the main Temple Cave β a free and peaceful space open to all visitors. Though there are paid attractions nearby (like Dark Cave and Ramayana Cave), we chose to enjoy the heart of Batu Caves without spending much.
π From the playful monkeys to the tranquil view inside the caves, the experience reminded us of how even the simplest trips can refresh the soul.
πΈ We end the video with some quiet snapshots of our day β just two friends unwinding, thankful for the little moments.
