Gospel: Matthew 8: 18-22

In our lives, there are moments when everything seems to go well and other times when everything seems to fall apart. The Lord calls us to maintain our enthusiasm for Him in dark times and good times.

In our prayer time today, let us recommit ourselves to Jesus and everything He stands for. Let's reflect on the kind of followers we ought to
be. Do we just stick with Jesus during good times? Our true devotion is often tested during challenging times. It's in these moments that our reliance on Jesus deepens, as we learn to trust in His presence and guidance even when we can't see the path ahead. Let's remember that
our life's journey is a path of growth, where each challenge can strengthen our bond with Him, making our faith resilient and enduring.

This is the 1526th installment of our CFC contemplation series focusing on the daily liturgical readings.

[NOTE: As we continue to pray for Bro Bong Arjonillo’s healing and recovery, let us listen to our brother Eric Villanueva, Mission Head for CFC Europe and the Americas, as he brings us today's reflection.

All the regular reflections are between 3-7 minutes long, enough time for us to ponder what God's message is for us individually and to pray that we may live them out in our lives. This video is also available on Couples for Christ’s Facebook page. In You Tube, just type ONLY BY GRACE REFLECTIONS]
