Today's Devotion:

365 Daily Devotions

💚 Greetings: Senior Citizens

📖 Scripture: Matthew 18:23-35

👨‍💻 Teaching:
1. We have an obligation to forgive.
2. Pride can be a hindrance to forgiveness.
3. Failure to forgive has serious consequences.

💪 Application:
1. Fulfill our moral obligation to God.
2. Humble ourselves before God.
3. Forgive and stop punishing ourselves.

🎙Discussion:
Why is our failure to forgive has bad consequences?

🙏 Prayer:
Father, I now realize that it is my moral obligation to forgive others for the wrongdoings they have committed against me. Their offenses are small compared to the huge offenses I have committed against You. Yet, You have forgiven me completely. I pray that You will help me to stop punishing myself and enable me to truly forgive sincerely from the heart. Let me be a person who does not carry any burden of bitterness. Set me free. I pray this in Jesus’ name, amen!
