Topic: Has my Christian life convinced even one soul to come to God?

Reading 1: Exodus 32:7-14
Responsorial Psalm: Psalms 106:19-20, 21-22, 23
Gospel: John 5:31-47

People can refuse to believe because their knowledge only comes from reading and indirect hearing. They need to see concrete and amazing testimonies. What if Jesus didn’t show extraordinary power? But because He showed power, the news of Gods work reverberates to our time. What about our experience? We too have not seen Jesus and the Father, but our faith can witness to their power, wisdom, love and humility. God's action in our lives reflects the truth of Jesus and His Father. How? Simply because they answer our prayers like they are visible. Personally, I remain awed by God’s work in my life. He turned me from a man of the world into a gentle soul in a way I couldn’t have imagined. I used to corrupt people at work but now sell the Gospel. Jesus used to be an imaginary carpenter to me until he delivered the house we aspired for, one which we had initially given up so that we could live lives worthy of Him. We had many amazing stories that brought hope to many souls in our renewal program.

The Jesus’ truth is so well attested in the lives of many people throughout history—so clear, so shining for anyone with eyes to see and those with ears to hear. Yet many still long to listen to people who have personally experienced Jesus and who can testify to others through their lives and deeds.
