In today;s Gospel, Jesus calls us—flawed, broken, and ordinary—to bring His peace to the world. God sends us like the 72 disciples, with nothing but faith, humility, and a heart ready to say yes.
St. Moses the Black was once a violent gang leader, ashamed of his past. But when he surrendered to God’s mercy, he was transformed. He became a priest, a peacemaker, and a saint. He wasn’t perfect—but he was willing. His life reminds us: Your past doesn’t disqualify your purpose. God doesn’t call the perfect—He sends the willing.
