I believe that HAPPINESS is a CHOICE. Bakit ako naniniwala? Kasi hindi ka naman magiging masaya kung ayaw mong papasukin ang positive vibes sa buhay mo. Halimbawa, kahit ano pa ang gawin ng tao sa 'yo kung hindi mo siya mahal, hindi ka magiging masaya sa kanya. Bakit? Hindi mo hinahayaan ang sarili mo na maging masaya. Happiness will not come to you from another person, from your job or from your experience. Happiness comes from WITHIN. Only if... you're connected with God. Kung galit ka man, naiirita, nai-stress, nalungkot, 'yan ang kakain sa kaligayahan mo. Alam na natin 'to, pero mas pinipili pa natin 'tong niyayakap kahit alam na natin na nakakasira ito sa ating buhay. Bakit nga ba hindi natin mabitawan ang mga bagay na nagdudulot ng pagdurusa sa atin? Ano nga ba ang mga bagay na nakakapagpabigat ng ating buhay? Kung ano man 'yon, dapat na natin itong bitawan.
