TOPIC: ARE WE LIVING WITNESSES IN THE WORLD?
First Reading: Acts 3: 11-26

Gospel: Luke 24: 35-48
In today’s Gospel in the Octave of Easter, we see three essential elements: the Resurrection of our Lord Jesus, the living Word of God in the Scriptures, and our mission as living witnesses in the world. These are crucial in fulfilling the Great Commission in Matthew 28:19 “Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations…”
By living faithfully these three essential elements in the Gospel, we reap the harvest of a blessed Season of Lent and Easter – “From his fullness, we all received grace upon grace.” (John 1:16)
This is the 1096th installment of our CFC contemplation series focusing on the daily liturgical readings.
