TOPIC: HOW MUCH CAN I TRUST GOD’S WORD IN MY LIFE?

First Reading: Hebrews 2: 5-12
Responsorial Psalm: Psalms 8: 2ab and 5, 6-7, 8-9
Alleluia: First Thessalonians 2: 13
Gospel: Mark 1: 21-28

In our present time, we face many challenges and difficulties in life and mission. But aside from that, we are surrounded bymany voices which tempt us to believe that they know the truth and they know the way that will help us in our problems and make our lives easier and more comfortable.

But we know that we have one Lord and Savior, our Lord Jesus Christ, whose word has power and authority over our circumstances in life. St. Peter himself said to our Lord Jesus Christ, “Master, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life. we have come to believe and are convinced that you are the Holy One of God.”. Let us trust in our Lord Jesus Christ—His word is what we need to give us life, strength, hope, and light!

This is the 1724th installment of our CFC contemplation series focusing on the daily liturgical readings.

NOTE: Let us listen to our brother Lawrence Quintero, a member of the CFC International Council, as he brings us today's reflection.

All the regular reflections are between 3-7 minutes long, enough time for us to ponder what God's message is for us individually and to pray that we may live them out in our lives. This video is also available on Couples for Christ’s Facebook page. In You Tube, just type ONLY BY GRACE REFLECTIONS
