Today, we commemorate the Feast of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary. The gospel teaches us about the famous song of our Blessed Mother, "The Magnificat," where she expresses her gratitude to God for His immense goodness and faithfulness in her life. Even in the face of the challenges and struggles, she endured by accepting the awesome responsibility of being the Mother of the Son of God. Her belief was unshaken.
As followers of Christ, we ought to continue to witness to the good things and miracles in our lives every day—from the moment we wake up until we rest at night, like the Blessed Mother did.
This is the 1208th installment of our CFC contemplation series focusing on the daily liturgical readings.
