Gospel: Mark 8: 27-35
In today's gospel (Mark 8:27-35), Jesus invites us to take up our crosses and follow Him.
May we draw inspiration from the lives of our featured saint, St. Gianna Beretta Molla, and her husband Pietro Molla, who beautifully lived out this call.
They denied themselves, carried their crosses, and followed Jesus through their deep love for each other as husband and wife, and in their devotion to their four children. Their lives are a testament to faith, sacrifice, and the power of love rooted in Christ.
This is the 1602nd installment of our CFC contemplation series focusing on the daily liturgical readings.
