In today's gospel, Jesus invites us to a deep, intimate relationship with Him, where He becomes the very sustenance of our lives. Jesus calls Himself the "living bread" from heaven, offering eternal life to those who partake in Him. By giving His flesh, Jesus foretells His sacrifice on the cross, symbolizing His immense love for humanity. Eating His flesh and drinking His blood, referenced in the Eucharist, signifies a profound union with Christ. This sacrament transforms believers, urging us to embody Christ's love and selflessness.

Jesus' promise of eternal life and resurrection offers hope beyond earthly existence. May we learn from the legend of the two wolves, to always choose to feed the good wolf in us like the many saints, who had sinful pasts but underwent conversion and became deeply devoted to the Holy Eucharist.

This is the 1575th installment of our CFC contemplation series focusing on the daily liturgical readings.

[NOTE: Let us listen to our brother Israel Silud, Regional Coordinator for East Asia, as he brings us today's reflection.

All the regular reflections are between 3-7 minutes long, enough time for us to ponder what God's message is for us individually and to pray that we may live them out in our lives. This video is also available on Couples for Christ’s Facebook page. In You Tube, just type ONLY BY GRACE REFLECTIONS]
