TOPIC: DO I TRULY SEEK JESUS WITH ALL MY HEART?
First Reading: Revelation 3: 1-6, 14-22
Responsorial Psalm: Psalms 15: 2-3a, 3bc-4ab, 5
Alleluia: First John 4: 10b
Gospel: Luke 19: 1-10
In our Gospel today, our Lord Jesus Christ reminds us of what kind of God He is, through His encounter with Zacchaeus.
Zacchaeus experienced Christ's love and mercy all the more as he welcomed Him into his house. His heart was transformed when he repented of his sins and even decided to return to the poor everything he had extorted from them.
Our Lord Jesus Christ met Zacchaeus right where he was, and because of that, he encountered Christ's redeeming love.
This is the 1668th installment of our CFC contemplation series focusing on the daily liturgical readings.
[NOTE: Let us listen to our brother Lawrence Quintero, a member of the CFC International Council, as he brings us today's reflection.
All the regular reflections are between 3-7 minutes long, enough time for us to ponder what God's message is for us individually and to pray that we may live them out in our lives. This video is also available on Couples for Christ’s Facebook page. In You Tube, just type ONLY BY GRACE REFLECTIONS]
