TOPIC: AM I LEADING MY SPOUSE, FAMILY, AND HOUSEHOLD ACCORDING TO YOUR WILL, LORD JESUS?

First Reading: Isaiah 53: 10-11
Responsorial Psalm: Psalms 33: 4-5, 18-19, 20, 22
Second Reading: Hebrews 4: 14-16
Alleluia: Mark 10: 45
Gospel: Mark 10: 35-45 or Mark 10: 42-45

Jesus said whoever wishes to be great among you will be your servant; whoever wishes to be first among you will be the slave of all.

Jesus reminds us that true greatness isn't about power or recognition, but about serving others with humility and love. Leadership, in God's eyes, is not found in control but in self-giving. It's not about being above others, but about being with others and lifting them up.

This is the 1638th installment of our CFC contemplation series focusing on the daily liturgical readings.

[NOTE: Let us listen to our brother Israel Silud, Regional Coordinator for East Asia, as he brings us today's reflection.

All the regular reflections are between 3-7 minutes long, enough time for us to ponder what God's message is for us individually and to pray that we may live them out in our lives. This video is also available on Couples for Christ’s Facebook page. In You Tube, just type ONLY BY GRACE REFLECTIONS]
