Pride is hard to overcome. If you’ve ever been called out when you were wrong, and you knew you were wrong but still dug in your heels... that’s pride at work.
That’s what happened with those chief priests and elders. Instead of falling to their knees, repenting, and believing... they double down. Sin on top of sin.
But here’s the good news: if we can humble ourselves, if we can own up to humility when pride creeps in? It can totally change your life.
