TOPIC: HOW CAN I LIVE AS A FAITHFUL WITNESS TO CHRIST'S KINGSHIP IN MY DAILY LIFE?

First Reading: Daniel 7: 13-14
Responsorial Psalm: Psalms 93: 1abc, 1d-2, 5
Second Reading: Revelation 1: 5-8
Alleluia: Mark 11: 9, 10
Gospel: John 18: 33b-37

In today's Gospel, Jesus invites us to reflect on the nature of His kingship. Jesus stands before Pilate, who asks Him, "Are you the King of the Jews?"

Jesus responds, revealing that His kingdom is not of this world. He explains that His mission is to testify to the truth, and those who belong to the truth listen to His voice.

Jesus reminds us that His reign transcends worldly boundaries and is anchored in the eternal values of God's kingdom.

His kingship is not about power or domination but rooted in love, service, and truth. As His followers, we are called to align ourselves with His truth and live under His rule, which demands humility, justice, and compassion. May we be inspired and moved by St. Ignatius of Loyola's life and teaching Magis ⏤ Do better for God.

This is the 1673rd installment of our CFC contemplation series focusing on the daily liturgical readings.

[NOTE: Let us listen to our sister Sally Silud, wife of Regional Coordinator for East Asia Israel Slid, as she brings us today's reflection.

All the regular reflections are between 3-7 minutes long, enough time for us to ponder what God's message is for us individually and to pray that we may live them out in our lives. This video is also available on Couples for Christ’s Facebook page. In You Tube, just type ONLY BY GRACE REFLECTIONS]
