First Reading: Daniel 9: 4b-10
Responsorial Psalm: Psalms 79: 8, 9, 11 and 13
Verse Before the Gospel: John 6: 63c, 68c
Gospel: Luke 6: 36-38

Reflecting on today's gospel can bring a profound opportunity for self-examination and growth. The verse encourages us to refrain from passing JUDGMENT on others, including ourselves. In our prayer time today, let us think about times when others judged us and how it made us feel.

Reflecting on this can inspire us to be more empathetic and understanding toward others, recognizing that everyone has his struggles and perspectives. Let us take time to examine our attitudes and behaviors in light of this verse. Are there areas where we can be more forgiving, less judgmental, or refrain from condemning others?

This is the 1400th installment of our CFC contemplation series focusing on the daily liturgical readings.

[NOTE: As we continue to pray for Bro Bong Arjonillo’s healing and recovery, let us listen to our brother Eric Villanueva, Mission Head for CFC Europe and the Americas, as he brings us today's reflection.

All the regular reflections are between 3-7 minutes long, enough time for us to ponder what God's message is for us individually and to pray that we may live them out in our lives. This video is also available on Couples for Christ’s Facebook page. In You Tube, just type ONLY BY GRACE REFLECTIONS]
