My dear brothers and sisters, let us remember the life and words of Archbishop Romero in the light of today's Gospel reading. Let our life be not following our Lord Jesus out of curiosity like Herod but allow God's word to lead us in totally giving ourselves to Him and the mission he gives us. Today, may we re-commit to be Jesus' disciples and like Archbishop Romero, may we live for others as Christ leads us.
