Topic: Do I anchor my life on God’s faithfulness more than anything in this world? (27 May 2025 - Only By Grace Reflections)

We have important persons or things in our life which we value dearly, for they are our anchor. They give us courage and confidence that even if we go through trials and difficulties in life, as long as they are present, everything will be alright.
Christ’s disciples faced the same dilemma. They wondered how life could continue without Christ who was their anchor and hope in everything. So Christ encouraged them and assured them that even if He left, everything would be alright, because the Advocate—the Holy Spirit—would be with them, the One on whom they could continue to anchor their lives.
