Our Lord teaches us today how to pray. But He did not intend it to make God know what He already knows. Our prayers are supposed to change us. He gives us the Lord’s Prayer so that we may know what we need to pray for and not what we want to pray for. May we pray that this Lent will be a more meaningful one, bringing us closer to God to experience His love, mercy and greatness.
