TOPIC: DO I FAITHFULLY LIVE ACCORDING TO GOD’S WILL WHICH MAKES ME A TRUE A BROTHER OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST?

First Reading: Hebrews 10: 1-10
Responsorial Psalm: Psalms 40: 2 and 4ab, 7-8a, 10, 11
Alleluia: Matthew 11: 25
Gospel: Mark 3: 31-35

In our Gospel today, our Lord Jesus Christ gives an important message to His followers, who desire to have personal relationship with Him. He said, “Whoever does the will of God is my brother and sister and mother.” Jesus highlighted the importance of following God’s will as a true manifestation of a growing personal relationship with Him. Having a personal relationship with God goes beyond our roots, culture, or status in life; it’s about our commitment to obey His words and to live according to His will.

This is the 1738th installment of our CFC contemplation series focusing on the daily liturgical readings.

[NOTE: Let us listen to our brother Lawrence Quintero, a member of the CFC International Council, as he brings us today's reflection.

All the regular reflections are between 3-7 minutes long, enough time for us to ponder what God's message is for us individually and to pray that we may live them out in our lives. This video is also available on Couples for Christ’s Facebook page. In You Tube, just type ONLY BY GRACE REFLECTIONS]
