Topic: Am I fully recognizing Christ’s Presence especially in the difficult moments of my life? (3 June 2025 - Only By Grace Reflections)
First Reading: Acts 20:17-27
Responsorial Psalm: Psalm 68:10-11, 20-21
Alleluia: John 14:16
Gospel: John 17:1-11a
Even if He has accomplished already His mission by sacrificing Himself, dying on the cross, and risen again, Jesus still committed to care and bless those who have faith in Him by praying for them to His Father. This means that even if He is about to leave physically, His Spirit remains to those who acknowledge Him as Lord and Saviour.
St. John Paul II reminds us of Christ’s faithfulness up to this very moment in our lives as we go through difficulties in life. He said, “There is no evil to be faced that Christ does not face with us. There is no enemy that Christ has not already conquered. There is no cross to bear that Christ, has not already borne for us, and does not now bear with us.”
