3 Things YOU do that kill the Romance of Life | Nate Punzalan
If you’re into personality types, I’m an Enneagram Seven. That basically means that I enjoy freedom, and exploration, and going out on adventures. I know there are a lot of people who also do, but the more that I’m locked down in this pandemic, the more I find myself looking back on my travels. Pauline and I have spent 90% of our married life in this pandemic, and quarantine has been helping me reflect on things that I’m doing more and more just because I’m stuck at home, things that I need to stop doing… Things that are, frankly, destroying the romance of life.

There’s something special about going out intentionally, and seeing something or visiting a place or exploring somewhere new. Even better if you get to spend go out intentionally with someone you love. Whether that’s playing music and really getting into a state of flow, or making something you’re passionate about, or reading a book and sticking with it even for just fifteen, twenty minutes, or taking a walk and leaving your phone at home.. I believe we all have the power to free ourselves from the addiction to feeding our minds useless content for instant gratification.
