TOPIC: HAVE YOU EVER EXPERIENCED THE PEACE THAT ONLY OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST CAN GIVE?
First Reading: Acts 14: 19-28

Gospel: John 14: 27-31a
Our gospel today reminds us through the words from our Lord Jesus Christ, “Peace I leave with you; me peace I give you to you. Not as the world gives do I give it to you. Do not let your hearts be troubled or afraid.”. Jesus clearly tells us that there is a certain peace that can only come from Him, the peace that the world cannot offer.
As we all journey in our daily lives facing problems in our family, work or business, financial problems, even problems in our service in the church or community, we cannot do away with pains and troubles that makes it difficult for us to have peace in our minds and in our hearts.
This is the 1464th installment of our CFC contemplation series focusing on the daily liturgical readings.
