Today’s gospel recounts the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

The gospel invites us to believe that Jesus rose from the dead. As Christians, this is our core belief for without Jesus’ death and rising from the dead, we would not now believe that we are saved.

The saints fervently believed this and lived their lives proclaiming this truth. May we emulate the lives of the saints who believed in the resurrection of Jesus, followed Jesus 100%, and fought the good fight of faith with utmost joy, peace and hope until their last breath.

This is the 1434th installment of our CFC contemplation series focusing on the daily liturgical readings.

[NOTE: As we continue to pray for Bro Bong Arjonillo’s healing and recovery, let us listen to our brother Israel Silud, Regional Coordinator for East Asia, as he brings us today's reflection.

All the regular reflections are between 3-7 minutes long, enough time for us to ponder what God's message is for us individually and to pray that we may live them out in our lives. This video is also available on Couples for Christ’s Facebook page. In You Tube, just type ONLY BY GRACE REFLECTIONS]
