When we are given a service in our parish or renewal community, do we accept immediately, decline at once, or discuss with our leader his expectations and all other aspects of the role? Do you decide out of convenience, lucrativeness or prominence the role will give you; or do you get out of your comfort zone, motivated by serving God in whatever capacity?
