TOPIC: ARE WE FAMILIAR WITH THE VOICE OF JESUS, OUR GOOD SHEPHERD?

First Reading: Acts 13: 13-25
Responsorial Psalm: Psalms 89: 2-3, 21-22, 25 and 27
Alleluia: Revelation 1: 5ab
Gospel: John 13: 16-20

When Jesus said,, “Amen, Amen, I say to you, whoever receives the one I send receives me, and whoever receives me receives the One who sends me.” (John 13:20), He clearly teaches us that through the messengers whom he sends, He makes his mission of drawing us all to the Father’s love.

This fourth week of Easter, may we be the sheep familiar with the voice of the Good Shepherd, and become more faithful in following him. May we be missionary disciples whom the Lord will send in his Name and reveal the Father’s love as well.

This is the 1117th installment of our CFC contemplation series focusing on the daily liturgical readings.

[NOTE: As we continue to pray for Bro Bong Arjonillo’s healing and recovery, let us listen to our brother Rouquel Ponte, a member of the Board of Elders, as he brings us today's reflection.

All the regular reflections are between 3-7 minutes long, enough time for us to ponder what God's message is for us individually and to pray that we may live them out in our lives. This video is also available on Couples for Christ’s Facebook page. In You Tube, just type ONLY BY GRACE REFLECTIONS]
