Today's gospel made a lot of reference to concrete terms like "begging," and "touching the fringe of his cloak," it has a lot of actions and movements "a boat is moored; people run; they bring the sick to any place where Jesus is." In vour prayer time today, consider looking for a quiet place to pray and try to enter meditatively into the scene in today's gospel. See yourself as part of the crowd. Look at the people around, look at the boat being moored, at the people running towards Jesus, the sick being brought to Him, and watch what they do then look at the Lord and see what He is saying to you.
