TOPIC: DID YOUR “ENCOUNTER” LEAD YOU TO BECOME A “PROCLAIMER”?
First Reading: First John 3: 11-21

Gospel: John 1: 43-51
The gospel today gives us an idea of how to become an evangelizer. Philip showed it to us. When his heart was moved by that encounter with Jesus, he went ahead and shared that experience with his friend. Philip did not need to go into long arguments or exercise persuasion when Nathanael challenged him. Philip just said, “Come and see.” The experience itself is powerful enough to convince anyone.
