If we look at Jesus’ message—that He and the Father are one—it is difficult to understand. Yet why are we willing to believe and obey what Jesus says when these are things beyond our understanding?
It is because we love Him, and we can trust Him. There are so many reasons why we can’t be united and why it’s difficult for us to love one another, but there’s a bigger reason why we should love one another—and it’s simply because the Lord says so.
