I feel like life is a constant cycle of being remembering and being reminded things that we are already wired to know. We know how to take care of ourselves, but I believe, when in those *mooooods* it's so difficult to do your self-talking, to stand up and put one foot in front of the other. Sometimes, it's better to hear it from someone else, something that you've already got stored up in your head, it's another typa push, antoher typa motivation and another typa feeling when someone OTHER THAN YOU says "Hey, *insert name here*. Maybe it's time to love yourself again."
