We hunger and thirst for many things, aide from our basic and daily needs like food, shelter, clothing, and companionship. Amidst all of these, our Lord Jesus Christ reminds us to go to Him, as He is the One who can fill us up in our emptiness, hunger, and thirst.
He will not only lead us to where and how we can meet our basic and daily needs, but will also enlighten us about what we really need versus what we desire, which will fail to give us the fullness of life compared to what God offers.
