Sa tuwing magsasalita tayo, hindi lang mga salita ang binibigkas natin. Ipinapahayag din natin ang TONO ng mga salitang 'yon, kasama na doon ang PITCH, ang EMPHASIS at ang ating EMOSYON. Kaya kahit may 2 magkaparehong salita pero magkakaiba ito ng kahulugan. And it is not the word itself but the intent behind it. Kaya ito na ang 7 RASON kung bakit minsan mas mabuti pang manahimik na lang kaysa sa sumagot o tumugon.
