A prayer to be pleasing to God should be our daily goal in life. Proverbs 19:3 reminds us that it is our duty to turn away from presumptuous sins and attempt to keep our hearts and words pure. Acknowledging our secret faults, embracing confession for forgiveness, and dedicating every thought and word to the Lord can open the door for successful adoration of God.
