GERWYN CHARLES LIAM BUTOEG DUMANSI Liam as his family calls him was born on April 22, 2013 at Bucag’s Hospital, Cauayan City Isabela through a caesarean operation. He is our second child and His father’s name is Warren Mariano Dumansi (a civil engineer).

His love for music started when he was in grade 1 about 7 years old through his sister Germalyne (22 years old now) as their way of bonding. They usually jam as his sister play songs on youtube and start humming together. His sister influenced him to sing for she noticed that his brother has a good voice quality… however due to my busy scheds as a teacher and mother, I didn’t put so much importance to this kind of talent that my kids have.
Not until I met brother Leo Rosario sometime in December 2022 at Our Lady of Visitation Parish, Alfonso Lista, Ifugao when he rendered his Walang Hanggang Pasasalamat to us. This encounter gave me the opportunity to befriend him as we are in the same faith and mission to serve in the name of the Lord.
I then asked him to mentor Liam by including him in his MUSIKAHAN mission to different Basic Ecclesial Communities of Alfonso Lista Mission Parish. Through this MUSIKAHAN mission my son came to hone and polish his skills in singing and in playing ukulele.
For now, I am very proud as a mother of his transformation as a shy boy who often spend his free time playing his cellphone to a brave and confident boy who now hold his ukulele and start strumming and singing alone. He still has a lot to improve but I believe that
