The Gospel of John reminds us that there is more to our relationship with Christ than meets the eye. We must recognize if we are at the core of our relationship with Christ, or whether we are staying in the periphery. It is up to us to make the choice, to submit fully and start anew. Let us strive for a loving obedience to the cross, and bring us closer to Jesus.
