TODAY'S GOSPEL: Matthew 26:14-25
The Gospel of Matthew reminds us to understand the attitude of Christ towards sinners. In the situation with Judas, either sinful in greed or in radical disagreement, Jesus continued to appeal and be compassionate. Christ emptied Himself of His divinity to become man, and in doing so lived the lives as we do, but never strayed to love and understand everyone.
