Archdiocese of San Fernando - Year of the Parish (2017)

2017 was declared by the Catholic Bishops Conference of the Philippines as the Year of the Parish: Communion on Communities. The priority for this year was the formation and revitalization of the Basic Ecclesial Communities in every parish as agents of communion, participation, and mission.

This was also a year when we deeply discerned the structures of governance of our dioceses and parishes and the quality of faith life in the parish, the fellowship, belongingness, and participation by its members.
