Anger was the opposite of peace or delight. All of us suffered and asked about how to handle this, and the result of that it affects our relationship to others including our families. But God gave His words for us to help in our weakness. This are some of the Bible verses that makes us reminded on how to handle and what the Bible says about the anger. Meditate on this things. Job 5:2
For wrath killeth the foolish man,
and envy slayeth the silly one.

Ps. 37:8
Cease from anger, and forsake wrath:
fret not thyself in any wise to do evil.
