Tony was also known for poaching clients. One day, Mr. and Mrs. Policarpio visited their office. James had made an arrangement with them earlier to give his presentation. While James was gathering brochures, Tony approached the couple and offered them his best options. Mr. and Mrs. Policarpio were persuaded by Tony to see his presentation instead of meeting with James. Because of the negative feedback from his co-workers, Tony was informed by Mrs. Procopia that the company had to let him go, and the commission decided to revoke his license. mTony apologized, and Mrs. Procopia wished him luck. Tony realized his mistakes and changed his behavior. He found another job at a car company and became employee of the month.
