Jerry leaves his cleaning business in NZ to join his children in Australia, and sells it to Jepoy and Jaimee Mapanghari, a Filipino couple who are successful entrepreneurs in New Zealand. They used to work as employees and saved money for future investment.
In an interview with Rhaddie, a television host, Jepoy shares that they thought running a cleaning business would be simple and easy, but they soon discover that Jerry's system and processes are different from what they expected.

Two months later, the company starts losing customers. Jepoy, who is bossy and arrogant, blames the staff for their negligence and considers closing the company. Jaimee suggests that they meet the staff and listen to their problems. The employees honestly tell them that Jerry treated them like family. He was humble, considerate, and always ready to help them with any personal or financial issues. Jerry also taught them that being a boss is not just about the title, but also about the responsibility to serve their subordinates, as the Bible says.
