Devotional Message:

(Mark 11:22-24)
"‘Have faith in God,’ Jesus answered. ‘Truly I tell you, if anyone says to this mountain, "Go, throw yourself into the sea," and does not doubt in their heart but believes that what they say will happen, it will be done for them. Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.’"

In this verse, Jesus teaches us the power of believing in God. He says that if we have faith, we can even move a mountain. That sounds amazing! But what does it mean for us today?

1. Have Faith: Jesus tells us to "Have faith in God." This means trusting that God can do great things in our lives, even when it seems impossible.

2. Speak Boldly: Jesus says if we speak to the mountain and believe it will move, it will happen. In our lives, the "mountain" can be any big problem we face. We should speak confidently and trust that God can help us overcome those challenges.

3. Pray with Confidence: Jesus encourages us to pray with confidence, believing that God hears us and will answer our prayers. This doesn't mean God will give us everything we ask for, but He will respond in the best way for us.

4. Expect God to Act: When we pray, we should expect God to act. If we believe He will help us, we can be more at peace while we wait for His answer.

5. Keep Faith Strong: Sometimes, it’s hard to believe when we don't see immediate results. But faith means trusting even when we can't see the full picture. Keep your faith strong, and God will guide you.

Jesus teaches us that faith and prayer are powerful tools in our lives. Have faith in God, speak confidently in prayer, and trust that God will guide you through life's challenges. Let’s take these lessons from Mark 11:22-24 and live them out each day.

Lord, help us have faith in You. Teach us to pray with confidence
