Devotional Message:
(Romans 14:19)
"Let us therefore make every effort to do what leads to peace and to mutual edification."

This reminds us of the importance of working towards peace and building each other up. In our daily lives, it’s easy to get caught up in disagreements and differences of opinion. Whether it’s in our homes, workplaces, or even within our communities, conflicts can arise over various issues. These disagreements can create tension, break relationships, and lead to division.

Paul’s message in Romans 14:19 challenges us to take a step back and focus on what truly matters: peace and mutual edification. Peace doesn’t mean that we always agree with each other, but it does mean that we choose to respect and understand one another. When we strive for peace, we create an environment where people feel valued, respected, and loved.

Mutual edification means building each other up. It’s about encouraging others, offering support, and helping them grow in their faith and personal lives. In a world that often tears people down, Paul calls us to be different—to be people who uplift and strengthen others.
