Devotional Message:
(Romans 1:16)
"For I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God that brings salvation to everyone who believes: first to the Jew, then to the Gentile."
Paul, the writer of Romans, boldly declares that he is not ashamed of the gospel. What does this mean for us today?
First, let’s understand what the gospel is. The gospel is the good news about Jesus Christ. It tells us about His life, His teachings, His death on the cross, and His resurrection. It’s the message that God loves us so much that He sent His only Son to save us from our sins. This is a powerful message because it changes lives. When we accept the gospel, we accept God’s gift of salvation, and our lives are transformed.
