The smoke of the incense, mixed with the prayers of God’s holy people, ascended up to God from the altar where the angel had poured them out.

This verse beautifully depicts the intimate connection between our prayers and God's presence. It reminds us that our prayers hold great significance in the eyes of our Heavenly Father.

Imagine for a moment the image of smoke rising from incense as it ascends into the air. In the same way, our prayers rise up to God, reaching His very throne. Each word, each plea, and each expression of our heart is carried to Him by angelic hands. Our prayers hold power and significance, regardless of their size or nature.

This verse reminds us that our prayers are not in vain. They are not aimless words spoken into the void, but rather they are lifted before the Almighty God.
