(Matthew 18:21-22)
"Then Peter came to Jesus and asked, 'Lord, how many times shall I forgive my brother or sister who sins against me? Up to seven times?' Jesus answered, 'I tell you, not seven times, but seventy-seven times.'"

In Matthew 18:15-35, Jesus teaches about how to handle conflicts between believers and the importance of forgiveness. He advises that if someone wrongs you, talk to them privately and try to resolve the issue peacefully. If that doesn't work, involve more people to mediate. Jesus emphasizes the power of forgiveness, encouraging us to forgive others just as God forgives us. He tells a parable of a servant who was forgiven a huge debt but refused to show mercy to someone who owed him a small amount. The message is clear: we should be merciful and forgiving, as God has been towards us.

Today, I want to share an encouraging devotional message with you, focusing on a beautiful passage from Matthew 18:21-22.

Peter, one of Jesus' disciples, approached Him and asked, "Lord, how often should I forgive someone who sins against me? Up to seven times?" Peter believed that forgiving someone seven times was generous and sufficient. But Jesus responded, saying, "No, not seven times, but seventy seven times!"

You see, Jesus teaches us that forgiveness knows no limits. It is not a mere obligation; it is a way of life, a reflection of God's boundless love for us. He calls us to forgive not just a set number of times, but repeatedly and unconditionally. It may seem difficult, but with His grace, we can embody forgiveness in our interactions with others.

In today's world, carrying grudges and harboring resentment has become all too common. But if we truly desire to live as followers of Jesus, we must break free
